Race Day Packet Pickup
While we encourage everyone to pick up their packet at packet pickup Friday night, packet pickup and participant check-in will also be available on race day beginning at 7 am, at the Flying V Trailhead start/finish area
*All participants must check in upon arrival at the race start, please arrive early!

7:50 am – 20K prerace briefing,
8:00 am 20K race start
8:20 am – 10K prerace briefing
8:30 am 10K race start
8:50 am – 5K prerace briefing
9:00 am 5K race start
Depending on the weather, we may also offer hot cocoa and smores around the campfire!
Flying V Trails Day
We will again be combing the Caveman with the Flying V Trails Day! Following the races we will offer a free lunch followed by playing on the trails. Tours will be offered via bike as well as on foot.
Maps will also be available, as well as new trail signs, for you to create your own adventures if you prefer to strike out on your own!
Start/Finish Area
There are spectating options for those who want to hike a little bit and there are also lots of trails in the vicinity of the start/finish area to enjoy while you wait. Also, bring your chairs and coolers with your favorite beverages of choice and hang out! Strongly encouraged!
